Resort overview
Gressoney is located in the Monterosa Ski area, which is a little known area, which has an extensive network of pistes, pretty villages and outstanding scenery. The pistes are well groomed with an excellent lift system and intermediates will be spoilt for choice with long cruising runs. Beginners have lots of good slopes and advanced skiers will enjoy off-pisting at Alagna.
Gressoney itself is a quaint little village with cobbled streets and wooden buildings. It is a good value resort and has a selection of shops and restaurants. This is a small family orientated quiet location, perfect for those wishing to relax and sample traditional cuisine after a good days skiing
