Ancient three-storey stone-built tower (70 m2) that has been recently renovated and made into a holiday home. It is situated at the bottom of Assisi, certainly one of the most beautiful and spectacular positions for admiring the most famous and most visited town of Umbria. A side of the gr. fl. borders another house that is inhabited all year round. Peaceful position. The property is characterised by a very well kept and equipped lawn and by a large enclosed car park.
Accommodation: Gr. fl. (characterised by a ceiling with ancient vaults): living/dining room (satellite TV) with built-in kitchen worktop (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave) and access to the garden. 1st fl. (accessed only by an external staircase): 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower, laundry/ironing room (washing machine, sink). 2nd fl.: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. 3rd fl.: living room/study (TV, fridge) with access onto a small terrace with a stupendous view, 1 bathroom with shower. Moveable pull-out bed available. Comfortable and well-kept furniture. The tower s four floors are serviced by an internal intercom that also opens the entrance gate. The tower, given its particular architectural structure, is not advised for families with small children. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
Location: The old city centre of Assisi can be reached on foot by means of an ancient dirt track or by car (approx. 2 km), 23 km Perugia, 40 km Lake Trasimeno.

Not included in the price and to be paid on the spot: Electricity upon consumption (Price abt. €0,30 per 1KW); Gas upon consumption; Hot water upon consumption; Heating upon consumption; (Please note although electricity is relatively reasonable in Italy gas - used for heating and some cooking appliances can be quite expensive) Minimum cleaning fee per week: €40.00; Cleaning per person: €11.00; (Please note this cleaning does not include cleaning of the kitchen and removal of rubbish which is the client’s responsibility. If this is not done the owner is obliged to charge and additional fee) Security deposit: €300.00
