This beautiful cottage has been recently renovated to a high standard. Located in the pretty hill village of Apricale (named of the most beautiful in Italy), the cottage has all the amenities you need nearby; a lovely square where you can watch the world go by sipping a cappuccino, two bars, a chemist, general store, post office, tobacconist, art shops and four of the regions best restaurants, of which Apricale is famous for. The town is very close to the coastline and the main Strada dei Fiori, which links Monaco, Nice, Ventimiglia, San Remo and beyond.
The cottage enjoys lovely views on the surrounding hills and since it's one of the last houses at the edge of the village, it's ideal for those who would like privacy but not isolation. Access to the property (like most properites in hill villages) is down some steps:
Description
First floor - entrance hall leading into the property. There is a Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom on this floor with valley views. On the right are the wooden stairs which lead you to the ground floor.
Ground floor - large open plan kitchen and living/dining room. The kitchen has 4 gas hobs, electric oven, fridge freezer and kettle, everything you need to create the perfect Italian dish. There is a dining table for 4 people and access to wonderfully large terrace with wide open views, ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco.
Lower ground floor - there is also another double bedroom with two large French doors which give access to a further lower level terraced garden. En suite bathroom with toilet, and shower.
This is the perfect holiday getaway - relaxing, comfortable, easy proximity to amenities and a place to spend time enjoying the scenery.
