This wonderful little b&b is located in the heart of Polignano a Mare, one of the most beautiful coastal towns in Puglia (and still a hidden secret to many!). The property is located in the historical centre of the town, nestled between pretty white washed houses and a stone’s throw from the sea, bars, shops, restaurants and piazzas.
This great little find has been completely renovated, maintaining many original features but blending these perfectly with modern design and comfortable furnishings to ensure an unforgettable stay.
Guests can benefit from a conservatory, where breakfast is served and there is plenty of space to read and have refreshments. This leads through to the panoramic roof terrace with sea views – perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by.
The three rooms (the fishing boat, sail and seagull) can sleep from 2-4 people and all benefit from sea views. Each room offers air-conditioning, lcd tv, wi-fi, private bathroom, fridge and small kitchen area.
Guests can use the bikes for free to get around the town and there is a water sports service nearby. Discounts available with various restaurants.
ACCOMMODATION:
The fishing boat : on the ground floor, it is composed of 3 rooms: bedroom, living area with sofa bed, kitchenette and refrigerator. It is marked out by the stone barrel vault and can accommodate 2-3 people. It is soundproof, equipped with LCD TV,air conditioning,heating,wi-fi,private bathroom.
Sail:is located on the first floor. It's endowed with a master bedroom with the barrel vault and stone on sight, original floors and a little balcony. In the living area there are kitchenette and refrigerator. The abode is a two-room soundproof, equipped with LCD TV, air conditioning, heating, wi-fi and a private bathroom with balcony overlooking the sea.
Seagull:At the top there's The Seagull, a soundproof bed-sit with double bed, equipped with LCD TV, air conditioning, heating, wi-fi connection, private bathroom with a window overlooking the sea and hairdryer.
Suite: The Suite is an old stone house recently fully renovated equipped with living area with kitchenette on the first floor with sea view in a unique environment with sitting area and fireplace. From a stone staircase you can lead to the second floor, where you can find the master bedroom with large window overlooking the sea. Upstairs there is the private terrace with sea view, with beds for sunbathing and table to dine in an unforgettable scene. With stone walls, the suite is cool in summer and warm in winter, so do not need air conditioning.
Apartment: In one of the most picturesque corners of the old town you can find this apartment on two levels with 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms + a room with bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, kitchen and large veranda with sea view, ideal for sunbathing or tasting delicious grilled.
