This large farmhouse has been lovingly restored into 5 beautiful apartments. Located close to the lovely hamlet town of Laterina and only a few kilometres from the historical town of Arezzo, these apartments are perfectly situated for visiting all the beautiful areas of Tuscany, the Chianti region is only 20 minutes away, the beautiful hill town of Cortona is 40 minutes away and even the Umbrian Lake of Trasimeno is only 1 hour away. If you want to explore Tuscany and even Umbria then this is the place for you. The owners of this property Anna and Giorgio will make you very welcome and are fantastic hosts ensuring that your stay is perfect. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you would need to cook the perfect Italian dinner, Living room with double sofa bed ad dining area and satellite TV, shower room and varying sizes of bedrooms. With a traditional Tuscan finish from oak beems to terracotta floor it is hard to fault this property. Outside for guests to enjoy is a lovely pool and gardens. The downstairs apartments all have their own outside area. I can not fault this place its perfect! Cottage Apt 1 is a separate cottage with its own garden and BBQ area. It consists of a double bedroom, twin bedroom.
