This large farmhouse has been lovingly restored into 5 beautiful apartments. Located close to the lovely hamlet town of Laterina and only a few kilometres from the historical town of Arezzo, these apartments are perfectly situated for visiting all the beautiful towns and villages of Tuscany. The Chianti region is only 20-30 minutes away, the beautiful hill town of Cortona is 50 minutes away and even the Umbrian Lake of Trasimeno is only 1 hour away. If you want to explore Tuscany and even Umbria then this is the place for you. The owners of this property Anna and Giorgio will make you very welcome and are fantastic hosts ensuring that your stay is perfect. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need to cook the perfect Italian meal, Living room with double sofa bed and satellite TV and dining area, bathroom with shower and bidet. Each apartment also has 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. With a traditional Tuscan finish from oak beams to terracotta floor you'll be sure of a true Tuscan stay at Bella Toscana. For guests to enjoy the Tuscan sun there is a lovely pool and garden with plenty of areas to chill and sun loungers to relax by the pool. All apartments have their own outside area with table and chairs perfect for dining alfresco.
Ground floor 70 m2 apartment with entrance directly into a nice sitting/dining room with double sofa bed, table and chairs, on the left three steps lead into a separate fitted kitchen. From the sitting room a door leads into a double bedroom and then a small room with a single bed which is accessed through the double bedroom (perfect for small families with a young child) and then onto the bathroom with shower. EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, mini food processor… plenty of utensils so that you feel right at home. Candle holders. Hair dryer. Private equipped terrace on the garden ,on the side of the apartment

Rentals on high season are only from Saturday to Saturday. During the other months arrivals can be any day depending on availability, minimum stay 3 nights.
