Residence Antica Fabbrica was originally a large old house owned by a local count in the late 18th Century. Recently renovated carefully to ensure its original charm has not been lost, it provides great holiday accommodation.
Located on the outskirts of the town of Riva del Garda, it is immersed in nature, olive groves, vineyards and orchards and offers stunning views over the mountains and gardens. The residence caters for all types of holiday maker and is perfect for families. Within walking distance there is a supermarket and restaurants. The resort of Riva del Garda offers something for everyone and its old town is steeped in history. Why not roam around the many streets filled with boutique shops, restaurants, bakeries and cafes. For the water sports fanatics Riva offers some of the best windsurfing activities on the lake of garda. Alternatively relax in the square and watch the world go by over a cappuccino or a glass of the regions finest wine. In the evening there is plenty on offer for every taste; restaurants, bars and even a couple of night clubs on the outskirts of the town.
The residence is family run and you are assured a warm, friendly family atmosphere whenever you visit. Each apartment is ample in size and all have balcony or terrace with either studio, one and two bedrooms with sofa beds accommodating up to 6 people in the largest apartment. Each apartment has a bathroom with shower, kitchen/living/dining room. The kitchen has gas hob, coffee maker, fridge and they are also all equipped with Satellite TV, Air conditioning and safe. Within the residence there is a lift, reception, internet points, launderette, bar, swimming pool (equipped with sun beds, deck chairs, benches and tables), snack bar serving sandwiches and pizzas. The residence also offers many activities including tennis court, table tennis, bowls court, volleyball/Football pitch and a playground for the younger children.
