A beautifully restored 17c Masseria and fully organic olive farm situated in the hills with wonderful views of Monopoli and the sea. The property has beautiful private gardens, terraces and swimming pool (14x7mtrs). Farmland over gentle terraced areas planted with ancient old olive trees, almonds, oaks, figs and prickly pear underplanted with a vast amount of wild flowers. Short drive (10 mins) to the historic large town of Monopoli with a very full range of bars and restaurants, sandy beaches among rocky coves, sporting facilities. The local village is a few mins. drive or 20mins walk away with shops, bar, restaurant, petrol station, post office and church.
Room One
Beautifully furnished double bedroom with kingsize bed. Tea ,coffee making facilities, fridge with complimentary drinks, TV/Satellite/DVD and wireless hotspot. Private terrace. Private shower room (wetroom). Luxury bath robes provided. Towels and bed linens changed weekly. Daily clean. Pool towels available. A fresh buffet style breakfast of local produce is served on the Main Terrace or in the Refectory.

Beautifully furnished double room with super kingsize bed or 2 single beds. Tea, coffee making facilities, fridge with complimentary drinks, TV/Satelite/DVD and wireless hotspot. Ensuite shower room (Wetroom). Private terrace. This bedroom also has space for an extra single bed or cot on request. Luxury towels and bed linens changed weekly. Daily clean. Pool towels and highchair available. A fresh buffet style breakfast of local produce is served on the Main Terrace or in the Refectory.

Externally there are also a number of additional sun terraces (some with sea views), well maintained gardens and olive groves, in additional to a luxury swimming pool, where guests can relax. Complimentary drinks provided on arrival and some breakfast items in the apartment kitchen. Barbeque, pool towels, cot and high chair available. The village shop is a 20 minute walk or a few minutes by car.
