This residence is perfect for those who are wanting to be within walking distance of the Lake. The newly built property is family owned and is situated in a sunny position near the beach of Lake Garda (approx 200 mts.), near the Yacht Club Fraglia della Vela di Riva and the S.Nicolò harbour (ca. 500 mts.) and the old city-centre of Riva (approx 700 mts). You can also reach the centre walking along the lake front.
