The newly built property is family owned and is situated in a sunny position near the beach of Lake Garda (approx 200 mts.), near the Yacht Club Fraglia della Vela di Riva and the S.Nicolò harbour (ca. 500 mts.) and the old city-centre of Riva (approx 700 mts). You can also reach the centre walking along the lake front.

Guests can also use the facilities of sister resort Residence Antica Fabbrica (1000 m away); swimming pool (20x10x2 m), tennis (hard-court, a free hour per week per apartment is included), table-tennis table and a large park. Both residences are connected with an excellent public bus service with a bus stop 100 m away or you can take a bike which will be under a 5 mins ride away.

All apartments are newly furnished in a modern and nice style. Each flat has a balcony or a terrace and SAT-TV. The are apartments for 2 to 6 persons and 35 sqm to 60 sqm large.There is internet access from every apartment.
