Casa Sibillini is a beautiful historical residence, once owned by a local famous noble family, it has been restored beautifully to offer fantastic accommodation with stunning views from every corner of its 150acre land. There are many paths to explore around the residence grounds, and dotted along the way are ancient hunting sheds which have been restored into useful Pergolas or picnic tables, surrounded by magnificent trees. Wildlife flourishes here and you often see deer, squirrels, martens and foxes around the grounds. Located in the heart of Le Marche close to the village of Taccarelli it is in the stunning National Park of the Sibillini Mountains, an area famous for its natural beauty. The residence is well connected to the main routes in and out of the national park so you can travel easily to many of the beautiful towns of the region of le Marche such as Amandalo, Sarnano, San Ginesio and Ascoli Piceno to name but a few. Casa Sibillini is made of 8 lovely Apartments and a Villa. The apartments are divided in 3 buildings. All the apartments and the Villa offer wonderful accommodation together with total privacy. Each has an independent entrance and its own garden. All apartments are accessed by private roads, and have covered parking, outdoor seating and individual central heating. Within the apartments you will find fully equipped kitchens to ensure you can make the most of the food and drink of the region. This is a great property for children because there is so much to explore, and for your convenience baby sitting is available on request for an extra charge. Each apartment building shares a fantastic swimming pool, in total there are 3 pools (2 shared by the apartments and the villa has a private pool) which is fully supplied with umbrellas, sun lounges and cushions. Excellent shared facilities include 2 laundry rooms, with washing machine and ironing facilities, BBQ area, games room with TV, video, ping pong table, board games and children’s game. You can even order a traditional local dinner to be served within the premise for (extra charge). The perfect place for families, couples and groups of friends wanting to enjoy the natural surroundings that the Sibillini Mountains have to offer.

Accommodation: Sleeps: 5+1 110sqm: This is the biggest of the apartments at Casa Sibillini and comfortably accommodates six people. The structure is the same as the other apartments but the accommodation is spread out over three floors. The ground floor is divided into the living room, separated from the dining room by the cooking area, which is a couple of steps higher from the living room. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a large landing with a single bed and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a large attic room with three single beds. Outside the private garden has a terrace with pergola.
