Description This typical Italian mountain chalet is located in a very convenient position in Sestriere and enjoys great views of the mountains. The property is just a few steps from a square with shops, restaurants and bars (100 mt) and a mere 200 mt from the ski lift with access to the Milky Way with more than 400 km of pistes.

The Chalet is composed of 22 apartments of a high standard, each one nicely furnished and equipped. The apartments consist of a kitchenette, dish washer, oven, microwave, hair dryer, Satellite TV and wi-fi connection.

Apartment Type 3 sleeps up to 6 people with either; 2 double sofa beds in the lounge (separated by a privacy wall), a double bedroom / bedroom with bunk beds or alternatively a double sofa bed in the lounge, bunk beds and double bedroom. All apartments have a kitchenette with dining area, shower room and balcony.

The Chalet is perfect for individuals, groups and families looking for a ski break in a very comfortable accommodation, with amenities and facilities all within walking distance. Sestriere has many restaurants and there is a après-ski scene in the numerous bars, especially at weekends. Other Off-piste activities include a snow park, swimming pool, ice skating rink, gym, saunas and indoor tennis.

Not included in the price: Security deposit: 300 euros, Final cleaning: 70 euros; Kitchen Cleaning: 70euro - only chargeable if you do not leave it tidy, clean and all pots washed
