Fienile Apt 2,3 is located at some altitude, at 1650 ft. The house overlooks the typical Tuscan landscape with vineyards, olive groves, cypresses, and small stone houses. This is an ideal place for a relaxing Tuscan vacation, close to nature and perfect for hiking in an unspoiled landscape. The lodging is a 250 year-old farm building and consists of three separate apartments, each one with its separate outdoor area.

Apartment 1 is on the first floor and consists of a living area with double sofa bed, kitchen area and dining table (oven with gas stove, fridge with freezer)and 2 bright en-suited double bedrooms. There is an access to a private furnished garden with gazebo.

Apartment 2 is on two floors and consists of a fully equipped kitchen (oven with gas stove and fridge with freezer), dining area with a lovely stone wall feature. There is also a double sofa bed and TV. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, both with ensuite.

The swimming pool measures 12,5 x 4,5 metres with a depth 1.3 to 3.8 metres. The pool is communal and boasts a beautiful panoramic view. The area around the pool is furnished. The pool is open from 03/05/2008 to 18/10/2008.

This is a property of very high standard. The road to this place is in some places somewhat steep – 100 metres of gravel road. Heating. Private parking. Communal covered terrace with an original stone oven. There is also a laundry room with washing machine.
