Casa Pietra has been built using the local stone “Pietra di Matraia”. Located on the top of a hill, it overlooks the typical Tuscan landscape with olive trees and vineyards. The house has been tastefully restored maintaining its rustic style thanks to its terra cotta floors and visible beams on the ceiling.

In front of the house there is a large furnished terrace with bbq and wood-fired oven. A few steps lead down to the swimming pool measuring 9.40 x 4.60 x 1.20 metre (this is opened from 03/05/2008 to 18/10/2008). The swimming pool has to be shared with the owners who live next door. Outdoor shower.

Accommodation:

Entrance from the terrace into the living room with fire place, sofa bed, and satellite TV, kitchenette (2 gas hobs, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave) and utility room. From the living room you will access to a double bedroom with satellite TV and en-suite. On the top floor there is a large room with a double bed, a bunk bed and a shower room. Central heating and air-conditioning. Private parking.

Facilities: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, heating and air-conditioning. Pram, cot and high-chair are available upon request. Private parking.
