Located in the unspoiled Tuscan landscape, it is also ideally situated for excursions since the main roads are nearby. The house features old wood beams on the ceiling and terra cotta floors giving a very special ambience to the rooms.

Lucca Panorama Cottage is a small independant house and consists of a well designed room with a comfortable sofa bed (possibility to add an extra single bed), a kitchen (gas stove, small oven, and fridge with freezer space) and a shower room. The house has two large terraces (about 180 sq.ft.): the first one is accessible from the living room and overlooks the breathtaking landscape, the second is covered and is on the ground floor. Beside the house there is also a wonderful private garden. Bbq. Large swimming pool (10 x 5 metres – depth from 1.5 to 2.8 metre) to be shared with owner. It is opened from 10/05/2008 to 17/10/2008.

Distance from services: supermarket, butcher, post office, bank etc in Segromigno km 2.7 – grocer 1.7 km – Villa Torrigiani 1.8 km – There is a very good Tuscan restaurant in a vineyard 300 metres away (open week-ends/reservations needed). Other restaurants are 2 kms away.
