Villa Collina is a lovely and spacious brand new villa with private pool in a very panoramic position in the famous hills between Monopoli and Castellana Grotte.

This large villa has been totally renovated in spring 2009 and has been very well equipped with high quality furniture, brand new appliances, TV-sat, hi-fi, playstation, dolby-surround and much more...

This self-catering property is offering two apartments on the ground floor and one on the first floor with large veranda as follows:

Ground floor apt 1; two large bedrooms, one bathroom with jacuzzi bath, one with shower, one large living room with sat tv, one dining room with tv and a fully equipped kitchen (large oven, microwave, large fridge, wine fridge, etc). The dining room leads to a lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool.

Ground floor apt 2;(available only on request) a large bedroom, one bathroom with large shower, one living/dining room with sat tv and sofa bed and open space kitchen. Lounge leads onto rear terrace and pool.

First floor apt; a large internal living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with jacuzzi bath, one with shower), a fully equipped kitchen. Also there is a large conservatory overlooking the pool with many sofas, TV-sat, playstation, air-conditioning and an outside roof terrace with barbeque.

you can rent this villa as a whole for up to 12 or as a smaller villa for up to 8 with one of the apartments closed off.

The well managed garden offers a wide large of fruit trees including many olive trees. The pool area is surrounded by three comfortable gazebos and external furniture including sun-chairs and big umbrellas. The property enjoys lovely views over the green hills of Monopoli.
