This beautifully refurbished building is situated close to the town's main ski lifts and just a few minutes walk from the centre of Courmayeur, its prime position means guests can get around easily without needing to use a car. Courmayeur is a traditional old mountain resort which in spite of its popularity has retained much of its old-world feel. The resort is very easy to access and is the most captivating of the Val d’Aosta resorts with stunning views of the Mont Blanc, comprehensive snowmaking and good range of intermediate runs. With a charming traffic free centre and attractive shops, cobbled streets and historical buildings is a perfect backdrop of mountains. The centre is quite large and lively, and has plenty of good restaurants and bars and the nightlife is a big draw for many. The bars are generally quite stylish with comfy sofas, offering cocktails and often live music. There are also nightclubs for those who like to party into the early hours.

For the use of guests there is a welcoming residents' bar where the wonderful blazing log fire that creates a warm atmosphere awaits skiers after a long day on the slopes, or why not use the facilities in the residence spa (charges apply) with a huge hydromassage Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, treatments and sun beds.
