Villa with Large Jacuzzi (not swimming pool) just 3km from the beautiful town of La Spezia in the sunshine region of Liguria

Located in a quiet suburb of La Spezia lies this beautiful private villa with large Jacuzzi. Surrounded by a stunning garden which has lemon trees, fig trees, cherry trees, and palms. It has been perfectly maintained and it is no less than gorgeous, offering the perfect amount of shade and fantastic sunny spots to soak up the sun. The house is abundant with beautiful antique furniture and ornaments which have been collected over the years by the owners; each is placed perfectly within the house to ensure that the mix of modern and antique is just right.

Walking into the villa's main entrance there is a large hallway with the main living room to the right. This is a very large and comfortable furnished living room with a magnificent marble fireplace and terraces overlooking the garden with views onto the gulf off in the distance. There is also a door leading out to an area that is equipped for dining alfresco or under the shade of the palm trees. Just down the hallway there is a fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, American coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster food processor to name just a few extras) to the right that has an open floor plan and a bar that communicates with the TV room and informal dining room. The TV room has a nice fireplace and a comfortable sitting area with couches and chairs. Again the kitchen leads out to another large terrace where there is another table for dining outdoors or even for sunbathing. Just off the kitchen there is a bathroom with a hip tub and a small door that leads into a bedroom that has been furnished with original rare antique marine pieces taken from old English vessels with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. Going up the staircase to the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a new shower with water massage technology. The second bedroom has a double bed and shares a bathroom with a shower with the third bedroom which has two singles that can be made together as a double room or separately as twin bed. From the ground floor we find a small door and passage that lead to the spacious downstairs living room and the formal dining room. This living room is very comfortable and furnished with two very big sofas and two big chairs. This area is just off the garden area and the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the cool sea breeze. The property also benefits from hairdryers in all bathrooms, wifi internet, satellite tv, ipod doc and dishwasher

From the neighbours it is possible to buy organic eggs and honey. The owner can offer a trip to the centre of La Spezia and especially a visit to the farmers market where you can sample local produce including cheese and ham and discover shops known only by local knowledge

Please note: the owner and maids are living in the property, they have their own private entrance, and they will respect guest’s privacy offering exclusivity over the jacuzzi, terraces and garden area

Security Deposit: 800(euro). This is due to the amount of antiques in the property. Refunded on departure, less any charges if incurred
