Assisi Country House is an ancient restored farmhouse consisting of a main country house and a dependance where the owners live. Furnished to a very high standard and in keeping with its original features

According to the number of guests the property can be reserved in various solutions and with different prices:

The main countryhouse + two bedrooms with external access (sleeps max 14+2);

only the main countryhouse (sleeps max 12); in this case the two external bedrooms will be closed.

For all the solutions extra costs to be paid locally are the same.

The property sets on the hills around Assisi, in panoramic position over the Umbrian Valley and the small village of Sterpeto. Nearby, in Petrignano and Torchiagina villages, you will find all kind of shops and services. From Assisi-S.Maria degli Angeli railway station it is possible to catch the train to reach Florence and Rome in about 2 hours journey.

Assisi Country House is completely fenced off and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with various equipped shaded areas. The swimming pool (14mx6m) with the large furnished solarium is in panoramic and sunny position. Also by the swimming-pool there is a big gazebo, lighted and equipped with table and chairs perfect for dining alfresco (The owners use sometimes the pool). At guests’ disposal: private entrance, car parking, table tennis, ironing facilities, barbecue, 3 cots and one highchair for small children. For reservations longer than one week, the cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, will be done on Saturday morning and it is included in the price. Heating.
