The Palazzo Residence is located in a pretty position overlooking Sestriere in the heart of the Via Lattea ski areas. The property consists of beautifully furnished and fully equipped apartments as follows:

Studio Apartment. 2 persons

Consists of: Living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed or two single sleeping couches. Bathroom.

Studio Apartment 2-4 persons

Living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed + separate area with bunk beds. Bathroom.

All apartments offer: parking space in covered garage, locker for ski, balcony, dishwasher, sat TV, direct phone with internet access, safe, hairdryer, kitchen and bath linen

This is perfect for families and groups where you have facilities all under one roof, including a gym, sauna, billard room, restaurant, mini-club and evening entertainment. There is also a restaurant and a bar.

The Residence is about 700 meters from the ski lifts, and 500 meters from the centre of Sestriere. The ski bus is departing in front of the Residence to the lifts at the cost of euro 1,00 per day and euro 5,00 per week.

Prices include utilities, entertainment including kids club, gym, sauna, billiards room

Final cleaning: included in the price, BUT cooking area is to be cleaned by tenant, otherwise a € 100 fine is to be paid; the kitchen area must be left clean and all rubbish must be thrown away
