Located in the pretty mountain village of Vasia and only 6km from the coastal town of Imperia, this pretty little town house to rent in Liguria offers village life with the benefit of being close to the coast. A characteristic old house which offers lovely views over the surrounding countryside and the sea has been recently renovated and equipped with modern facilities.

The house is arranged on three floors. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The first floor hosts the lounge with double sofa bed, TV and DVD Player, master bedroom with shower room and toilet. Hairdyer and iron at the house. The top floor hosts large kitchen with microwave, oven and hob, and dining room. In the cantina there is a washing machine. Outside the property offers a large terrace with dining table where guests can enjoy dining alfresco under the stars and a wonderful view over the valley looking down towards the Mediterranean (the terrace is high up and not completely fenced in so may not be suitable for small children). The village of Vasia is small but thriving and has a village shop and post office with wonderful views over the valley

This property is just 15 minutes from the beaches of Imperia and offers the beauty of staying on the doorstep of the Italian Riviera also having the French Riviera within an hour’s drive. This Ligurian coastline starts and ends with chic and style – in the west, Monaco, Monte Carlo and Bordighera;
