Sitting on a hectare of land filled with fields of olive groves, fruit and walnut trees the villa boasts stunning views over the tiber valley. Located close to the Tuscany/Umbria border in the area of Comunaglia it is an excellent base to visit many of the medieval historical towns that Umbria and Tuscany have to offer including Assisi, Gubbio, Cortona, Perugia, Siena, Montone, Deruta, Todi, Orvieto, Città di Castello, Umbertide, Sansepolcro and Anghiari. Padronale Apartment sleeps 2 - 4 people and is a beautiful, self-contained apartment perfect for your holidays in Umbria. There are two double bedrooms, both en-suite, a large living room and spacious kitchen. It also has a huge pietra serena fireplace in the living room. Guests have the use of the extensive gardens and olive grove and there is a fantastic terrace in the gardens with table, chairs and sun loungers for guests to enjoy.
