The property has beautiful private gardens, terraces and swimming pool (14x7mtrs). Farmland over gentle terraced areas planted with ancient old olive trees, almonds, oaks, figs and prickly pear underplanted with a vast amount of wild flowers. Short drive (10 mins) to the historic large town of Monopoli with a very full range of bars and restaurants, sandy beaches among rocky coves, sporting facilities. The local village is a few mins. drive or 20mins walk away with shops, bar, restaurant, petrol station, post office and church.

Beautifully furnished double bedroom with kingsize bed. Tea ,coffee making facilities, fridge with complimentary drinks, TV/Satellite/DVD and wireless hotspot. Private terrace.
