A beautifully restored 17c Masseria and fully organic olive farm situated in the hills with wonderful views of Monopoli and the sea. Farmland over gentle terraced areas planted with ancient old olive trees, almonds, oaks, figs and prickly pear underplanted with a vast amount of wild flowers. Short drive (10 mins) to the historic large town of Monopoli with a very full range of bars and restaurants, sandy beaches among rocky coves, sporting facilities. The local village is a few mins. drive or 20mins walk away with shops, bar, restaurant, petrol station, post office and church.
