In front of the accommodation is a private space delimited with a hedge and equipped for al fresco meals in the shade of an olive tree.

In the communal areas (shared with Villa Montegrano and another of similar size occupied by the owners) is a brick barbecue, swimming pool (50sqm), whirlpool, children's playground and small gym. The property boasts underfloor heating and air conditioning. Outside the house and shared with the other twin housing unit laundry room with dryer.

About 25km from here is the beautiful city of Macerata whose symbol is the Sferisterio, home to an interesting opera season of international importance. Here you can also visit the Pinacoteca of Palazzo Ricci and, in the suggestive Piazza della Libertà, the Civic Tower with the planetary clock. From the top of the tower the panoramic view over the city and the surrounding landscape to the sea is of unparalleled beauty.

Also visit the nearby resort of Monte San Giusto, which during the Clown & Clown Festival event (end of September) lights up with a thousand colors in an atmosphere of great joy. Here you can also visit the beautiful Palazzo Bonafede and the Church of Santa Maria della Pietà. And to make your holiday even more interesting, the owners can organize on request a course for pizza making.
