Casa Moraiolo is a beautiful old Umbrian farmhouse that has been recently restored and turned into a pleasant holiday home. The location of the villa allows you to easily visit the entire region of Umbria. You won't be far from the town of Deruta, famous for its ceramics, and the ancient village of Montecastello, full of historical attractions including the 19th-century theatre, considered the smallest in the world.

The villa is part of a larger property, although completely independent. The manicured gardens are equipped with an area for outdoor dining and a jacuzzi (3m diameter) heated on request. Guests can also enjoy the health club, located on the property. It features a hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, massage chairs, treadmills, spin bikes, a rowing machine, step machine and weight machines.
