This beautiful house on two levels with large terraces, swimming pool and panoramic views is situated on a hillside approximately 1km to the coastal resort of Santa Maria di Castellabate (free and equipped sandy beaches, beach promenade, various shops, restaurants). Two of the double bedrooms and one bathroom are in the basement, not internally connected to the rest of the house and only accessible from outside. To get to the nice sized private pool (96sqm) you have to cross the internal entrance street used by another house at 50m distance. There is a large closed garden (1,000sqm) with covered terraces and balcony to dine al-fresco and enjoy the wonderful views of the ocean.

The holiday home is in the enchanting Cilento area, in the Campania region, in southern Italy, between Paestum in the north, Sapri in the south and the Diano valley in the east. There are about 100km of coastline, mountains and round 200 small medieval villages to visit. In 1991 significant parts of the area have become National Park (Parco Nazionale del Cilento e Vallo di Diano) and since 1998 they were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
