The great house is located in the hills of Verbania and offers wonderful views. The pool is huge and offers a lot to families with children who can swim well. There is enough space in the house and what we particularly liked was the shading of the loungers and a light table and light chairs that could be adjusted to the sun's position. Aldo and Raffaela looked after us with a lot of charm and passion. Everything perfect!

The perfect for a relaxing stay on Lake Maggiore. The location is perfect, as you can reach shopping facilities within a short time and at the same time enjoy absolute peace and seclusion. There are many great walking routes close to the villa. The villa is equipped with everything you need and has been lovingly furnished. The pool is very clean and well maintained. We spent a lot of beautiful hours of sunshine there in May. Aldo is very accommodating and easily accessible. We had a wonderful time!

We had two very nice weeks here. A big plus is the large and clean pool with a magnificent view of Lake Maggiore!

Our landlord Aldo was always easy to reach and answered all inquiries quickly. The equipment of the kitchen was for 7 people tw. a bit sparse and outdated, but overall everything was there. It should be noted that the entrance to the property is quite steep and narrow. All in all, a clear recommendation - especially because of the really great view of the lake!

Accommodation: Many positive points: -Beautiful house, pretty decoration, pleasant interior, excellent sound insulation -Splendid view from the terrace or the living room on the lake, its shores, and the northern region of Lake Maggiore -All equipment available; the 2 bathrooms are a real bonus -Very beautiful garden & pool with excellent view; everything secured by fences and fences -Very great tranquility -Owners available, attentive, and very friendly

We can see a few details that could be improved, but these are really anecdotal and secondary to the excellent amenities of the house. These little remarks are only intended to further improve the service (and were not a problem during our stay), and therefore do not deserve to be posted on the site.

Some suggestions: -sockets or multiple sockets would be useful in the kitchen and the living room (sometimes you have to unplug an appliance to plug in another) -a second clothes line would be useful -in the bathroom on the 1st floor you would need a few shelves in addition and towel hooks)

1. Accommodation: The accommodation was as shown in the pictures. She was neat and had everything as advertised. The first time the accommodation was not that easy to find, after that it was no longer a problem. The view is ok, but it takes a few minutes to get to the village or to a shop. 2. Accommodation rating from 0 to 10: 8 3. Region: The region is beautiful and can only be recommended. We will probably go on vacation there again. 4. Reservation process and local management: Everything worked wonderfully. Picking up the keys early was not a problem either. When there was a problem with the WiFi, an electrician came by the next day and reserved it, and we were financially compensated for it.

Wonderful, quiet location with a great view of the lake. The ville is in a wonderful location and has no traffic in the vicinity, so it is very quiet and relaxing. Furnishings are okay, the bed in the lower bedroom should be raised for older guests. The on-site support was excellent and we plan to come back next year!

Great location and views. Pool a little tricky for family with kids as it is >2m deep everywhere. Very nice reception and maintenance. The kitchen utensils are a little basic for a place in that price range. We had a wonderful time. Raffaella and Aldo took excellent care and were always reachable. Thank you."
