Villa Braccano

Villa Braccano is a traditional villa in central Le Marche, which has been fully renovated and has a vast garden featuring a large private swimming pool (12m x 3m).

The interiors have recently been upgraded in a truly unique and romantic style to include wood beams, characteristic furniture, a large kitchen with island and in a style that makes this house luxurious and cosy at the same time. The rooms are large, bright and airy and the windows feature traditional shutters.

The outdoor area is furnished beautifully and has been equipped with outdoor sofas and tables. The large swimming pool is perfect for cooling down on the long, hot summer days. Villa Braccano is well equipped with conveniences such as wifi, coffee maker, dishwasher ahd parking.

Location/distances

Guests at the villa are in a great location for visiting the famous wine cellars of Verdicchio di Matelica as well as the Armani outlet. It takes around 1 hour to drive to the Conero Coast and the Frasassi Caves. The closest airports are Perugia and Rimini.
