Many of the reviews here have already mentioned the villa's features so we will keep things simple by listing pros and cons of the property. Pros - simply stunning pool. Large and clean. Better sea views than the pictures implied Quiet and secluded Plenty of seating in both sunny and shaded areas Very obliging and helpful owner / manager Very effective air con Well equipped kitchen (no kettle?) Comfortable bed Very clean Smart TV Cons - disconcertingly narrow and very bumpy drive which put us off going out at night Complicated shower which we never really mastered fully during our stay Overall, we had a really relaxing stay, and enjoyed visiting the region's many pretty towns and villages. Our highlights were Martina Franca, Polignano a Mare, Alberbello, Cisternino and Locorontondo. Matera, whilst a unique destination, was a very challenging drive and be prepared for the steps!

The villa is set into the hills overlooking Monopoli and the Adriatic coast. The large and clean swimming pool takes most of the attention but the villa is very user friendly and was more than large enough for the 4 of us. Access to the villa is via a narrow lane (c2km from the main road) and an even narrower driveway which all added to the sense of being in the middle of the Puglian countryside. A fantastic bakery and pizzeria are no more than 10 minutes away. This is a true gem of a villa with lots of great towns in the area to visit (Ostuni and Fasano) if you can pull yourself away from the pool. Only 'complaint': no kettle.

This lovely villa in the hills above Monopoli overlooking the Adriatic coast is perfect for a wonderful Puglia experience. It is modern, clean and very well equipped. We used the pool only once but it is a good size and well maintained. The scenery is breathtaking and the landscaping fits beautiful with the spectacular setting. Poolside furniture is comfortable and we spent many sunny hours relaxing by the pool. Our host Mauritsio was always available if we needed anything and a pleasure to deal with. The bed and indoor furniture was comfortable and WiFi signal excellent. We hope to visit again soon .

The villa is very cosy and fully equiped. Airco, dishwasher, washing machine, Guantánamo flatscreen and WiFi, even a barbecue. You can cook with seaview. The pool is amazing, very big and clean. Maurizio, the owner, is very friendly and helpfull. We had some problems with our rental car the first days and he helped us very much. Thank you again, Maurizio! We love Puglia, we will visite it again

We had a very nice welcome by the manager, who has waited us and has really helped us to find a restaurant near the villa. The villa was absolutely fantastic ! a lovely place among olive trees in a very preserved environment, with a beautiful sight on the see. We enjoyed a lot our stay, and the villa is fully equipped even with a very good WIFI connection which is a must for our teenagers. We will come again !

A super stylish villa with all mod cons, including free wi-fi which was a nice extra. A great location with views of the sea to the front, and forests behind the villa. Fasano is well worth exploring despite it not appearing in any of our guide books - the bar on the main square does fantastico gelati!!!

We stayed two weeks with our one-year old daughter in this house. The house was clean, situated near to olive trees with beautiful sea-view, the kitchen is well-equipped. Very friendly owner. It's an ecological house with solar-collectors on the roof, so don't fear the electricity-bill! We had a perfect stay!
