Stayed here late Oct. Towards the end of their main tourist season so was fairly quiet but weather warm (for us Brit's). Location is great in the old town just minutes walk to restaurants etc and 2 mins from nearest beach. House was as per pics and to a good standard. Nice to sit on the roof terrace and look over the rooftops and towards the sea. No parking so had to park on free spaces in neighbouring streets. Really enjoyed our 4 days here, wished it was longer. Visited Polignano, Alberobello , Ostuni and Castellana de Grotte while we were there.
