This penthouse apartment lies in the heart of Monopoli's historic center, just a few meters from the famous Piazza Garibaldi and at walking distance from the nearest beach and all interesting sights, The apartment is located above a B&B and restaurant and occupies the entire top floor of the building.
The guests of this spacious apartment have also exclusive access to the private roof terraces from where they can enjoy an amazing historic view with the harbour on the background.

The entrance of the building is shared with the below bed & breakfast and you reach the apartment by climbing the 3 flights of comfortable stairs. Here you'll enter the luminous living room with open kitchen and dining area. From the living room you get into the hallway from where you access the first bathroom with shower and toilet and the three bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with toilet and sink. Than there's a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds (that can be adjoined if necessary) and one last bedroom with bunk beds.
The second large kitchen is equipped with all appliances and therefore ideal for outdoor cooking while enjoying the weather together with the whole family, without having to go downstairs every time. Apart from the kitchen the guests can also use the large barbecue and wood-fired oven. Of course the outdoor area is fully equipped with table, chairs and comfortable sun loungers for the utmost relaxation during your holidays. To access the roof terraces you have to leave the apartment and climb the stairs opposite the front door. Here you find the most spectacular part of the building: one large terrace with outdoor kitchen and a second upper roof deck reachable by a flight of stairs, with a superb view of the lively historic centre.

So delighted about our fabulous stay in best holiday flat I have ever been to (incredibly nice and stylish and well eqluipped re devices). Best of all: roof deck (100m²) w/ lounge, open kitchen, dining section. Even mediterranean plants there. 3 walking mins to everywhere in ancient city (public parking, beach, restos and bars) Nomen est omen
