Trasimeno Vista

This independent little villa sets in mid-hill position and it is surrounded by a lot of olive trees. The village of Sant Arcangelo on the Lake Trasimeno is only 500m away making it reachable on foot. It offers various services, some restaurants and there is the bus stop to reach Perugia town.

The villa is a completely fenced off property and it is accessible by a countryroad of about 400m. Near the house, in a private position there is an equipped swimming-pool (8m x 5m) in a very panoramic position with spectacular sunsests on the Lake and the southern part of Tuscany. On the ground floor of the house there is a nice portico with table and chairs and with a barbecue nearby: they are ideal to eat outside.

From the villa, clients normally do walking or biking tours around the lake stopping at panoramic areas to admire the views of the lake and the three islands of Isola Maggiore, Isola Minore and Isola Polvese

Location/distances -  grocery shops at 500m, Magione is the nearest town 7km, Perugia 30km. 20 minutes driving from the lake beaches (free or organized) in Castiglione del Lago and in Passignano sul Trasimeno
