From the garden, via an internal road of 600m covered by foot or by car, you come directly to the equipped beach of the lake where you can rent boats, surfboards and pedal boats, and where are boarding points for boat tours to the enchanting coastal towns of Tervignano and Bracciano. In the summer months the village of Anguillara and Lake Bracciano are alive with events and gastronomic festivals.

The sea of the coast of Lazio is only 30 km and the centre of Rome is 39 km away, reachable by train which runs every 30 minutes. In the basement there are a large living room and billiard room, the rooms have a panoramic side view on the lake and air conditioning on request. Two covered parking spaces are available.
