Villa Campranica is a beautiful and elegant 5 bedroom country house in Lazio with annex and swimming pool, built with the traditional Tuscia tuff stone and surrounded by a park with hazelnut and chestnut trees.

The property is tastefully decorated with local materials and furnishings and in addition to a swimming pool with roman steps, it offers a shady patio for outdoor dining, a large relaxing area with gazebo, sofas and a hammock, and a spacious park with paths for relaxing walks in the countryside.

Outdoors the private pool (60sqm) is available with plenty of garden furniture available for your usealong with table tennis, petanque, basketcall, outdoor toys and a barbeque. Parking is available at the property.

The property offers a holiday which combines relaxation with the pleasure of discovering one of the most interesting historical and cultural areas of central Italy. The ancient Tuscia is in fact an Etruscan / Roman archeology area. Approximately 8km away (in Sutri) is one of the best golf courses in Italy; Lake Bracciano 16km; 24km away are the famous thermal baths of Viterbo. The beautiful sandy beaches of Tarquinia are 40km away. Rome is only 59km away and can easily be reached by train from Capranica (1.5km).
