Villa Fiumcino is a very child and pet friendly property with private pool in a great location for the beach and local amenities of Lazio by the sea.  

The villa is tastefully and elegantly furnished and extends over two floors. Outside the house, next to the pool, you will find an underwater massage tub, a well-kept garden, a large covered terrace for alfresco dining and a play and fitness area. After a day on the beach (within easy walking distance) you can relax by the pool or in the jacuzzi tub and then use the outdoor kitchen to prepare delicious al fresco meals. The property is ideal for families with children, who can play in the fully fenced garden with playground. Dogs are very welcome here.

Outdoors, along with the private pool (32sqm) and jacuzzi you can relax on the garden furniture and do cooking in the outdoor kitchen and on the barbeque. There is a football goal and petanque aswell as lots of equipment for children to enjoy.

Villa Fiumcino is very well located and restaurants and shops are all within 60m of the property. The beach is just a stone's throw at 1km away.  There is a golf course 10km away. Rome Fiumicino airport is just 6km away.

The beaches of Fiumicino are very long and there are both bathing establishments and free beaches. Here you can also practice water sports, rent boats and enjoy the local cuisine. Just 1km from the beach, the villa is ideal for a relaxing beach holiday, but also an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful attractions of the region, such as the Eternal City of Rome, which is accessible by public transport, the beautiful nature reserve of Litorale Romano, which only 8km away and managed by the WWF, the Bracciano Lake (50km) or the impressive Ostia Antica, with its beautiful archaeological park in a green oasis and the famous city of Viterbo (90km)
