A couple of steps lead up from the garden to the entrance of the main villa, with a large dining/living room with sofas, a charming fireplace and access to the terrace. After another room with antique furniture, you will find another dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with access to the other terrace. Finally, on the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a washing room with a washing machine and ironing board. The dining/living room has a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor, with three bedrooms: a double, one with two beds and a single, as well as a small kitchen, a bathroom and access to a balcony at the rear of the house overlooking the Gulf of Naples.
Immersed in the hills which make up the Punta Campanella National Park and is surrounded by farms, making it an ideal spot for those who love the sea and excursions. There is a lovely pebbled beach at Marina del Cantone, about 7km away from the property, as well as the hidden entrance to Cala di Mitigliano for the more adventurous, accessible on foot.
Punta Campanella, Monte San Costanzo and the Ieranto Bay are perfect for excursion enthusiasts. The nearby village of Termini is less than a kilometre away and has food shops, a pharmacy, a bar and a restaurant, while Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi is 5km away, offering a wider range of restaurants, ice-cream shops, mini-markets, bars and pubs.
