Villa La Riccia is a spacious and luxurious home located 8km from Lake Bracciano and 20km from the sandy beaches of Ladispoli in Lazio.

In the private, fenced garden are a swimming pool (144sqm), a multi-purpose field (five-a-side football / tennis court), children's play area, table tennis and large veranda with fireplace and barbeque.  The elegant interior includes a relaxation room with fireplace, a recreation room with Smart TV, table football and a 6-person jacuzzi room with a fitness corner and a professional kitchen. The bedrooms all have smart TVs and private bathrooms as well as mosquito nets on all windows. 

Inside the grounds of the property, 200m from the villa (with independent access / entrance), there is the housekeepers' lodge. The housekeepers remain at guests' disposal for weekly linen change (included in the price).

On request: cook, personal trainer, baby sitter. Also within the grounds of the property there is a lodge used as a pizzeria with a wood-burning oven and a large banquet hall available only to guests upon request for events (extra cost).

Basement floor - large recreation room, library with various board games and table football, SPA area with jacuzzi for six people and fitness area with treadmill and exercise bike, toilet, laundry with washing machine, two double bedrooms with bathroom, one of which can include a double sofa bed.

The property is air conditioned and has wifi.

Outdoors is extremely well equipped. The private pool is open all year round and there are sun loungers and various seating areas for you to relax in.  The gardens include a play area for children with swing, slide and other toys.  You can play tennis, football, table tennis and there is a barbeque.  Parking is also provided for guests.

Villa La Riccia is ideal for a vacation with friends or family, and for those who love the sea. For golf lovers, 18km away there is an 18-hole course and for art and shopping lovers the centre of Rome is 39km away.

The closest shops and restaurants are within 1km and the beach is just a short drive away (20km). Rome Fiumicino airport is 38km away.
