The private swimming pool is very large (16m x 8m), with a trampoline area and a shallow part of the pool for the little ones, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, a large solarium and a relaxation area. Large private parking.

There are two new kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor fully equipped with main and minor appliances (fridges, dishwashers, toasters, kettle, American coffee machine, Nespresso machine , etc).
Dining room / sitting room: On the first floor bright living room overlooking the lake with sofa and fireplace, TV, dining room connected to the porch and terrace overlooking the lake. On the ground floor dining room and living room with sofas, fireplace and TV overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
10 beds in 5 spacious rooms: two double bedrooms in the basement, thanks to two French doors they are bright and have direct access to the garden, two double bedrooms on the ground floor overlooking the garden and ac, a double bedroom on the first floor with air con.
4 bathrooms: newly built bathrooms with large showers, finished in a modern style with resins and wood, each floor has a bathroom and there is a bathroom with shower in the pool area.
The house has two outdoor spaces furnished with tables that can accommodate up to 10 people and a comfortable barbecue. An area overlooking the lake and a garden view.
Location/distances
Located in a private residential community, about 1.5km
from the port of Moniga (where you can take ferries to any other
port on the lake). It is also about 1.5 km from the historic center
of Moniga and its castle and its shops, bars, ice cream parlors, as
well as the local shopping center with supermarket. Within walking
distance there are excellent restaurants and
pizzerias.
Moniga del Garda is a small town on the west coast of Lake
Garda, with a picturesque harbor and a large castle on the hill
above the city. You can walk inside the castle
and explore the medieval architecture. The port area is
particularly picturesque with a large beach and a port where you
can take a ferry to any other destination. Desenzano, Salo,
Portese, San Felice and Gardone are nearby.

Great house with all the amenities needed. The air-conditioning on the top floor was a godsend. Garden had plenty of 0laces to sit and relax, the pool was clean and well maintained. The slight drawback was the proximity to the sound system of the nearby camping site. The same 6 songs at the children's club for two weeks in a row!
